Hey... I've got an iPhone v2.1 and I just moved to CH from USA. I bought a 20 CHF Swisscom SIM card and used QuickPWN to unlock it... however, when I popped the SIM card in it recogizes it as a locked phone and asks for the SIM pin. All is well and good until it asks me to connect to iTunes, and which point it says that my SIM card is incompatible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!
If you have an "old" iPhone, it's quite easy... follow the link up here and you'll have it unlocked in minutes. But this works only for an iPhone v.1 with iPhone OS up to 1.1.4.
If you have a new iPhone 3G or have upgraded your iPhone v.1 to iPhone OS 2.0... then you'll have to wait a few hours or days. I'll post a tutorial as soon as there is a solution available! Sorry, not possible to use a new one on Sunrise yet.
